School Fee:

Early bird registration is extended until July 23 at 6pm:
fee is 120,- €.
Regular registration from July 23 at 6:01pm:
fee is 150,- €.

The school fee includes:

 
 The social event on Monday
 
 The school dinner on Thursday
 
 Daily lunch (Tuesday to Thursday)
 
 The transfer from the recommended hotel (in proximity of Karlsruhe central station) to the school facilities and back.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer until Monday, August 20, or by cash or regular credit cards at arrival. An invoice will be given to all participants at registration desk.

Accommodation
We reserved several rooms in Best Western Queens Hotel in Karlsruhe. You need to book your room yourself, i.e.  call the hotel directly.

Bus transfer:
Each day, there will be a dedicated shuttle bus service from our school hotel. A time table for the shuttle bus will be available a short time before beginning of the school.


Laptops:
In order to maximize your learning experience, we strongly recommend that you bring your own laptop to the school. It should be equipped with ssh-client and wireless networking.

Visa requirements:
The participants from outside the EU probably require a visa to travel to Germany. If you need the official letter of invitation, please contact us GridKa-School@scc.kit.edu.
