Due to the pandemic the number of participants in the hotel is limited. There is a high probability that the workshop will take place as hybrid format. Only participants who want to participate in person need to register. A zoom link for digital participation will be provided.

All registered participants are accommodated in the Dorint Hotel according to the information you have given with your registration. You do not have to take care about accommodation yourself.
Travel:
KSETA pays for the accommodation and service (meals and beverages) for all participants. All participants should fill in the "application form for travel expenses" (Dienstreiseantrag) from KIT Campus South, because of insurance reasons. KSETA Fellows should have it signed by their supervisor and send it to Barbara Lepold. All persons travelling with the organized bus do not have to fill in the back of the page after the workshop, because there will be no extra expenses to be reimbursed. Participants, who travel individually keep the form until after the journey, fill in the travel expenses and send it only then to Zahra Donyai together with necessary receipts. The "KSETA instituts budget" will not be charged.
