Contributions
If you would like to actively participate in the 10th bwHPC Symposium, you have 4 options:
- Presentation (15 minutes)
- Lightning talk (5 minutes)
- Poster (Deadline 23.09.2024)
- Paper for the conference proceedings (4-15 pages)
Multiple contributions are possible (e.g. a poster and a presentation). We accept contributions in English and German language.
ALL contributions are optional, i.e. you can select them independently of each other. You can select a talk without contributing a paper. Papers can be used to obtain a DOI for topics that cannot be covered in detail in other contributions, such as workflows and methods, etc.
Presentation
If you would like to give a presentation, please submit a title and a short summary (abstract).
Lightning Talk
If you would like to give a short lightning talk, please submit a title and a short summary (abstract).
Poster
If you would like to present a poster, please submit a title and a short summary (abstract).
Proceedings
The proceedings of the bwHPC Symposium 2024 will be published online via the KIT Scientific Publishing (Open Access). Every paper will receive an individual DOI. The contributions will be peer reviewed. A minimum length of 4 pages (using the LaTeX template) is required for a contribution to be eligible for inclusion. Contributions to proceedings are limited to 15 pages.
Proceedings contributions should use the following LaTeX template or the following overleaf link for online editing.
Important dates for proceedings contributions:
- 07.10.2024: Submission deadline for extended abstracts or papers (4-15 pages)
We plan to publish the proceedings shortly after the symposium.
