Das Steinbuch Centre for Computing lädt Sie herzlich am 12. April 2018 zum Fortgeschrittenenkurs "Hochleistungsrechnen (HPC) in Baden-Württemberg" ein. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an alle aktiven, fortgeschrittenen Nutzer der bwHPC-Cluster (bwUniCluster, bwForCluster) und des Forschungshochleistungsrechners (ForHLR I/II) und umfasst Batch- und Job-Scripting sowie Python für Hochleistungsrechner. Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit Bash und dem Linux-Kommandozeileninterface sind für diesen Kurs notwendig. Die Veranstaltung kombiniert Vorträge mit Tutorien. Es fallen keine Teilnahmegebühren an.
The Steinbuch Centre for Computing is hosting on April 12, 2018 the Advanced course: "High Performance Computing (HPC) in Baden-Württemberg". This course is aimed at active, advanced users of the bwHPC clusters (bwUniCluster, bwForClusters) and the Forschungshochleistungsrechner (ForHLR I/II) and covers bash and job scripting as well as Python for HPC systems. Knowledge about the Bash shell and the Linux command line interface is necessary for this course. The event combines talks and tutorials. No course fees apply.
