• QC:
  • testing the two cameras
  • adjusting distance to have the same field of view
  • line detection is not stable (i.e., cannot detect all the edges)
  • we are very far from the baseplate to avoid distorsions
  • using only one camera because setup not rigid enough --> but we will have one rigid setup at the end
  • with the current setup, around 50-60 micron per pixel
• DB:
  • Working version of the QC database ready to be deployed soon
  • It contains all the information we currently store in our spreadsheet
  • Format and naming convention follows Jay's presentation 1
