Pre-prodcution:
- Using full glue method allows to laminate 8 plates per hour.
- But also requires 15 minutes per plate: need to remove glue from notches and holes.
- maybe use the 'cue tips'?
- parallelizable if additional microscope.
- how critical is it?
- Inventory:
- CuW plates number should be enough to complete Nov+Dec shipments.
- Ti plates may not be enough --> need more material?
QC:
- Current setup allows a pixel-to-micron conversion of 18 micron/pixel.
- Could be pushed to 15.5 micron/pixel, but difficult to focus.
- Shadow and thickness of the plate introduce ~3 pixel uncertainty on the POI detection.
- Need to check the effect of POI placement under the cameras.
