      • 22 CuW Full
      • 11 Ti Full
      • 5 CuW HD Bottom

There was no lamination this week, between the gantry on the granite table being dismantled, testing the new measurement jig with the newly cut plates, and other commitments from Yi-Mu's side

      Estimated timeline

      • This afternoon/First items next week:
        • 5 CuW LD Left (This concludes NTU Rad. test requests)
      • Next Week (Jan 27. - Jan 31)
        • 30-40 CuW Full
No Ti, as we need confirmation of the final meta design + materials cutting
      • NN Week (Feb 3 - Feb 7.)
        • 30 -40 CuW Full
May be limited by how many CuW plates pass flatness QC, (Jonas is back this week, so we can follow up on defficiencies)

NTU requests - Full request can be sent out Jan 31st
Other request (minus Ti) can be sent out Feb 7th, assuming metal availability

    • 9:50 AM 10:10 AM
      Measurement 20m
Speakers: Dowling Wong (ETP), Jay Lawhorn

      Automatic measurements

      • Programs for all CuW geometries are available, everything except flatness / thickness.
      • Jonas is already using these to check baseplates as he cuts.
      • Already have issues with the CuW scratching up the glass stage of the Keyence machine -- need to order protective covers (asked Frau Bräunling)
      • Titanium programs in progress, should be ready next week.
      • Takes about 1 minute per baseplate.

      Cross-check with hand measurements:

      • Obi and Dowling measured ~30 CuW full plates, a mix of older "RED" ones and newly cut ones from Jonas.
      • Dowling is working on analyzing results.

      Database integration

      • Dowling is working on this starting from the Keyence machine output
      • Raquel is working on the API to enable this
