(For people from abroad: please be aware that the plugs in use are of CEE-7/7 system. Take a look at wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mains_power_systems) if you are in doubt. German standard for current supply is 230V/50Hz.
WLAN access
Select the network "vpn/web/belwue" and start your favorite web browser and try to access any web page. You will be redirected to the guest account login page.
Username and password will be given to you at the meeting.
In addition, the "eduroam" network will be available.

Sunday evening
I'd suggest to meet at "Parkdeckzehn" at half past seven (7.30 pm). If the weather is fine this is very nice nice place to sit on the top of a parking deck. You may have a look at it here.
You will find it near by the market place, behind "Karstadt" and you have to use the lift to go up to the 10th floor. Description where to find the lift ist here
If the weather is bad we can move on to some other place...
Monday evening dinner
The monday evening dinner will start at 8 p.m. in the Restaurant 'Marktluecke'.
It is at the south corner of the market place - see the map for exact location.
Tuesday evening dinner
As you are already experienced Karlsruher visitors I suggest for today's evening a restaurant in the 'Weststadt' it is called 'Gutenberg' and you can find it here.
Take tram no. S1/S11 direction 'Hochstetten' or 'Neureut', tram no. S2 direction 'Rheinstrandsiedlung', tram no. S5 direction 'Knielingen' (or many more...) In each case get out at stop 'Schillerstrasse' or 'Yorckstrasse' and walk to the Restaurant (see plan above).
