Garmisch-Partenkirchen has a lot of hotels, but it can still be quite booked in late October. Hence, do not wait too long with the booking.
We cannot offer any specific blocked rooms in a hotel. Hence, all participants have to find accommodation themselves.
There are also hotels in the neighboring villages Grainau and Farchant, but we recommend to get a hotel room in Garmisch or Partenkirchen because it will be easy to reach the KIT Campus Alpin by bus. Ideally your hotel should be close to a bus stop of the line 2, see the plan of bus lines, where KIT Campus Alpin is at stop "Hammersbacher Fussweg" almost at the left end of line number 2.
