KSETA Excursion to DESY Hamburg 2017

This year, the excursion from KSETA is to DESY Hamburg, where we will have a visit to the accelerator. We will start from Karlsruhe on 21st of August, in the morning and will have a guided tour through the accelerator site in the evening. We will stay over at Hamburg and will start back to Karlsruhe on the 22nd. Estimated arrival at Karlsruhe is afternoon or early evening. The journey (bus/train) will depend on the number of registrants, due to cost constraints. Please indicate if you have a bahncard 50/25, as this will allow us to book cheaper tickets in the train. Registration

The registration is open until June 8th. Please fill in the registration form if you'd like to participate.

Transport

Depending on the number of people that will register, we will decide on bus or train for the transportation. Please indicate if you have a bahncard 50/bahncard 25.

Travel Costs and Travel form

The travel costs will be fully paid by KSETA. Nevertheless all participants have to fill in a travel form for insurance reasons. You can find the KSETA travel form here. Please fill in the upper part of the form and get it signed by the head of your institute.

Social Event

On 21st night, we will have time for some social event.
