Remark:
• Prices are per room and night including service and applicable VAT. Breakfast is included in the price. Internet access is available free of charge for all guests.
• The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• The rooms can be accessed by participants by email to reservation.karlsruhe@achat-hotels.com up to 6 weeks before arrival using the keyword “I.FAST Workshop”. Please specify on which days you require accommodation. The unreserved rooms will then automatically go back on sale.
• Reserved rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 6:00 p.m. 7 days before arrival.
• The rooms must be paid for by each guest upon arrival.
