We first collect all applications and later select max. 10 on-site participants in addition to the core contributors of WG1, WG2 and WG3 who organize the meeting. Approval will be the latest on 26th of February 2024. Once you are approved, you will get the information for how to officially confirm your participation via e-cost, which is required to be eligible for reimbursement.
