VENUE
The Consortium Meeting will be held at the Hotel Ai Cavalieri located at Via Sant'Oliva, 8, 90141 Palermo. Situated in the historic center of Palermo, the hotel is just a few steps from Teatro Politeama.
All meetings will take place in the “Principe” Room, while coffee breaks will be held in the adjacent garden.

TRAVEL
From the Airport
The main gateway to Palermo is the Falcone Borsellino Airport (Punta Raisi), located approximately 30 km from the city centre. From the airport, you can easily reach the city via various transportation options, including bus, train, taxi, and car rental.
Bus: The Palermo Airport is connected to the Central Station by the Prestia e Comandè bus service. This bus runs every 30 minutes at a cost of €6.00 per person, with intermediate stops starting from the city entrance. Tickets can be purchased on-site (there is an information point of the company in the Arrivals Area), online, or through the company’s app. The main stops in the city centre include Teatro Politeama (P.zza R. Settimo).

Train: The "Trinacria Express" (Palermo metropolitan railway service) connects the airport to Palermo Centrale railway station in about 45 minutes. The ticket costs €5.90. For more information, visit Trenitalia.
Taxi: Taxis are available outside the airport, offering rides to various parts of the city for a fare not exceeding €45. The price may vary depending on the destination within the city.
How to reach the Workshop location
Bus Lines 101 (Politeama-Turati), 102 (Politeama-Turati), 104 (Latini) - Take any of these lines heading towards the city center. Get off at the Politeama stop and walk to the hotel (approximately 5 minutes).
Bus Tickets
- Single Ticket: Costs €1.40 and is valid for 90 minutes from the time of validation.
- Daily Ticket: Costs €3.50 and is valid for unlimited travel on the entire bus network for one day.
- Multiday Tickets:
- 3-Day Ticket: Costs €8.00 and is valid for three consecutive days.
- 7-Day Ticket: Costs €16.50 and is valid for seven consecutive days.
For purchasing bus tickets, it is highly recommended to download the PalerMobilita app. This app allows you to buy tickets conveniently and access real-time information about bus schedules and routes.
