The international GridKa School is a leading summer school for advanced computing techniques. The school provides the opportunity for scientists and technology leaders, experts and novices to gain practical experience on knowledge sharing and information exchange. The target audience is diverse and includes groups such as grid and cloud newbies and advanced users, as well as administrators, graduate and PhD students. Organised by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), the GridKa School will be hosted by Steinbuch Centre for Computing (SCC).
HNSciCloud will organise a training session in this framework on Tuesday 28th August which participants from other institutes and fields of science are warmly welcomed to attend. During the session Paulo Alexandre Canilho of CERN will provide a comprehensive overview of the project and it's current status.
