GridKa School 2018 takes place near Karlsruhe, southwest Germany. You can reach Karlsruhe by car or train as well as by plane via Frankfurt International Airport. If you come from abroad, please check whether you need a traveling visa.
All hands-on workshops expect you to work with your own device. Please bring along your Laptop or comparable device to participate! Make sure to check any technical requirements of your chosen workshops as well.
While the School venue is situated outside Karlsruhe, we recommend picking a Hotel near the city center. A bus shuttle is available to transfer participants from the school hotel to the venue at the start and end of every day.
