Immediately after the two-day workshop, we are planning the joint experiment at the Karlsruhe Research Accelerator (KARA), a 2.5 GeV electron storage ring. The experimental topics will be related to light source stabilities by changing the machine operating conditions. This is due to the operational flexibility of the KARA storage ring, which has a variety of machine operating modes, such as different beam energy, momentum compression factor, etc.
The workshop participants can participate in the joint experiment. The experimental topics will be discussed and determined before and during the stability workshop. More information will be updated on the workshop Indico website.
