The workshop shuttle bus is available for all workshop and experiment participants to ensure smooth transportation between the city of Karlsruhe and the workshop venue at KIT Campus North. The shuttle bus will depart every morning from the Quadro City Hotel Karlsruhe to the KIT Campus North. The shuttle bus will pick up participants at the workshop venue and bring them back to the Quadro City Hotel Karlsruhe every evening during the workshop and experiment.
Please note: All persons entering the KIT Campus North have to be checked by the security service at the entrance gate of the campus. Workshop participants are requested to provide personal information such as date of birth and place of birth in the online registration. This information is to be submitted to the security department so that workshop participants arriving by workshop shuttle bus don't have to wait in a long registration line at the entrance gate.
