Companies and Organizations at the N2 Career Fair 2019:
We are a corporate consultancy operating in the area where business and IT meet, and combining the professionalism of classic management consultancies with sound IT and business expertise.
This particular positioning calls for management knowledge and specialist technical skills in equal measure. Combining both allows us to offer our clients small, high-class teams who will take responsibility in key positions of important projects.
These include:
- Building up new business areas or subsidiaries, e.g. Leipzig Electricity Exchange, Shared Service Center, Spezialbank
- Improving / realigning processes that are business-critical, e.g. innovation processes, distribution control
- Project management of major IT projects, often at international level
- Mathematically demanding matters, such as risk control or the optimising of complex manufacturing processes
In this, we support our clients – well-known corporations and large mid-tier companies – all the way from strategy development to implementation. The extremely high regard with which our clients treat every one of us confirms that we master these challenges successfully.
