Please take care of booking your rooms yourself. Rooms are available in all price categories in Cochem starting from ~30 €/night. Since it is a touristic town, enough rooms in hotels and guest houses are in priciple available. Nevertheless, please make sure to book as early as possible to avoid surprises! Please be aware that during the following weekend (Dec 10-11) there is a public Christmas celebration event at the castle thus less rooms might be available close to or around that weekend.
We highly recommend to append at least one day to enjoy the town and the surrounding area and maybe join this Christmas event.
Please be aware that Cochem has four quarters (Cond, Sehl, Brauheck and the old town). Although, nothing is far in Cochem, you might prefer to stay in the old town rather than Cond or Sehl. Brauheck is not in walking distance (1hr!).
