Due to the pandemic the number of participants in the hotel is limited to 50. The workshop will take place as hybrid format. A zoom link for digital participation will be provided.
"2G" applies to the workshop participation. Please note the hygiene rules above!
Only participants who want to attend in person need to register. Participants are accommodated in the Dorint Hotel according to the information you have given with your registration. You do not have to take care about accommodation yourself.
Travel:
KSETA pays for the accommodation and service (meals and beverages) for all participants. All participants (fellows and PIs) should fill the upper half of the "application form for travel expenses" (Dienstreiseantrag) from KIT Campus South, because of insurance reasons (see material above). Please have it signed by your supervisor (Vorgesetze/r) and keep it until after the workshop.
After the workshop:
Participants, who travel individually or participate in the winetasting (no dinner at the hotel) should fill the backside of the travel form and send it only then to Zahra Donyai (TTP) together with necessary receipts.
All other participants, e. g. persons who traveled with the organized bus and stayed at the hotel on Monday, do not have to fill the back of the form, because there are no expenses to reimburse.
The "KSETA institutes budget" will not be charged.
