Travel expenses and travel forms:
All participants have to fill in the "application form for travel expenses" (Dienstreiseantrag) from KIT Campus South, because of insurance reasons. KSETA Fellows should have it signed by the supervisor and send it to Raquel Lujan Miravet. All persons travelling with the organized bus do not have to fill in the back of the page after the workshop, because there will be no extra expenses to be reimbursed. Participants, who travel individually keep the form until after the journey, fill in the travel expenses and send it only then to Raquel Lujan Miravet together with necessary receipts. The "KSETA-instituts budget" will not be charged.
