The rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon at the latest on the day of departure. - Individual bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Cancellations/changes must be made in writing; the hotel staff are not authorized to make binding declarations in this regard over the telephone.
Cancellations must be made in writing and are only permitted for the entire period of the booking. Cancellation of individual days and/or individual

There are 350 parking spaces available at our hotel in the Luisenstraße parking garage. The rental price for 24 hours is EUR 15.00 per car. Please note that you need an environmental badge to drive to the hotel and that we do not reserve parking spaces. - Payment:
The costs for accommodation, breakfast and any extra costs incurred will be paid by the guests on departure on site. The hotel requires a valid credit card number to guarantee the booking.
