The registration fee for all conference days includes conference entrance, coffee breaks, and the attendance at the ice-breaker event on Monday evening, 17 March 2025.
Until 30 November 2024 we offer an early bird price for the registration.
The registration for the excursion to the Ahr valley on Wednesday, 19 March 2025, reqiures an additional fee of 25 Euro. Ahead of the PrePEP-conference on Sunday, 16 March 2025, we offer four 1-day training courses for an attendance fee of 30 Euro (coffee breaks and lunch included). These options can also be booked in the registration section.
The registration closes on 16 February 2025.
As student or PhD candidate, please submit your verification document for the reduced fee to prepep2025@uni-bonn.de after registration.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide special registration and/or travel grants for selected particpants based on specified needs and circumstances. However, we are encouraged and able to keep registration fees low thanks to the financial support of the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the University of Bonn.
