Poster
Posters need to correspond to portrait DIN A0 format (vertical display, width 841 mm, height 1189 mm).
Please bring your printed poster(s) with you, as we do not offer a printing service.
Posters will be on display during the entire conference week in the conference room (Aula). You can recognize your poster board by the indicated abstract ID. Please find your abstract ID in the poster program.
The poster session with authors in attendance is scheduled for Tuesday, 18 March, 15:15-18:00 CET.
Poster presenters are kindly asked to upload their posters as PDFs on the conference website. To do so, please log in with your account and go to your contribution under ‘My Conference’.
Note: It is strictly prohibited to take photos of any scientific material without the explicit permission of the authors.
Oral Presentation
Oral presentations are limited to 15 minutes, including around 3 minutes of discussion.
Presentations should be prepared in a 16:9 aspect ratio and provided as a PDF file or PowerPoint presentation (or both).
Please upload your presentation to your account on the conference website at least 24 hours before the scheduled presentation. To do so, please log in with your account and go to your contribution under ‘My Conference’.
