Talks
- Length: 15 min + 5 min Q&A
- Slides will be presented from the presenter PC
- Please upload your slides to Indico at least 15 min before the session that your talk is in
- Slides may be uploaded on PDF or PowerPoint format
- If your presentation is in a different format, such that it might not be possible to present them from the presenter PC, please contact the organisers in advance to check if we can accommodate you.
Posters
- Format: DIN A0 Portrait
- We encourage putting up posters at the beginning of the workshop and leaving them mounted until the end of the workshop. This will allow discussions during coffee sessions as well.
- We ask poster presenters to be at their posters during the poster session. But of course this should not keep you from grabbing lunch ;)
- Please remove your posters at the latest after the closing discussion on Friday afternoon!
