A2 to Kreuz BS Nord continue on A391 in direction of Kreuz BS Süd/Bad Harzburg/Wolfenbüttel. At Kreuz BS Süd change to the A395 heading to Wolfenbüttel. Take the exit BS-Stöckheim, turn right to Mascheroder Weg and after 500 m left to Inhoffenstraße.
From Berlin
A2 to Kreuz Wolfsburg/Königslutter continue on A39 in direction of Kreuz BS Süd/Bad Harzburg/Wolfenbüttel. At Kreuz BS Süd change to the A395 heading to Wolfenbüttel. Take the exit BS-Stöckheim, turn right to Mascheroder Weg and after 500 m left to Inhoffenstraße.
From Kassel
A39 to Kreuz BS Süd. There change to the A395 heading to Wolfenbüttel. Take the exit BS-Stöckheim, turn right to Mascheroder Weg and after 500 m left to Inhoffenstraße.
By Public Transport
After arriving by train or long distance bus at Braunschweig Hauptbahnhof take Tram 1 heading to Stöckheim and get off at Stöckheimer Markt. Turn left into Mascheroder Weg after 500m to the right into Inhoffenstraße.

From HZI/Kassel
Get to the A395/A39. At Kreuz BS Süd get on the B4 heading to Braunschweig Zentrum. Follow the straight road (not the B4) through the city along Wolfenbütteler Str. / John-F.-Kennedy-Platz / Augustus Str. / Ägidienmarkt / Strobenstr. / Bohlweg / Ritterbrunnen / Wilhelmstr. Turn left to Wendenstr. and find the youth hostel on your right.
From Hannover/Berlin
Follow the A2 to Kreuz BS Nord and change to the A395 heading to Kreuz BS Süd/Bad Harzburg/Wolfenbüttel. Take the second exit to get on the A392 towards Celler Str. / BS-Zentrum / Hamburger Str. Then turn right on the B4. At the big crossing, turn left to stay on the B4. Take the next street to the right (Mühlenpfordtstraße) and find the youth hostel on your right hand side 200m after crossing the river Oker.
By Public Transport
At Braunschweig Hauptbahnhof or at Stöckheimer Markt (the HZI venue) take Tram 1 heading to Wenden and get off at Am Wendentor. After crossing the street you can find the youth hostel on the right hand side.
