Entering the KIT Campus North Site
For security and compliance reasons entering the site requires every visitor to be registered beforehand at the gate. On both conference days, the meeting point for all participants will be in front of the main gate of KIT campus north. There, you will be picked up on
- Wednesday, 12.10.2016 at 13.30
- Thursday, 13.10.2016 at 08.15
and we will enter the premise together as a group. The group entry requires that you provided the conference organizers beforehand with additional information about your place and date of birth.
If you decide to arrive later, please register at the gate individually. The KIT security team will be informed about your arrival.
Please, bring also a valid passport or ID card to the conference.

For external guests we offer additional pickups and sent out detailed information via email.
