10th KSETA Plenary Workshop 2023

All Fellows and Principal Investigators are cordially invited to participate in the tenth plenary workshop of the whole school. The aim of the workshop is to learn more about all the research fields in KSETA and to strenghten cooperation and team building.

The programm includes talks from external speakers and the new PIs will introduce themselves. The PhD students are invited to contribute with a talk or a poster. On Tuesday afternoon the PI session will take place. A preliminary timetable is already available. The final timetable will be published after the registration deadline in order to appropriately consider all fellow presentations.

Registration is open until 28 February.

All registered participants are accommodated in the Hotel Dorint according to the information you have given with your registration. You do not have to take care about accommodation yourself.

Travel:

KSETA pays for the accommodation and service (meals and beverages) for all participants. All participants should fill in the "application form for travel expenses" (Dienstreiseantrag) from KIT Campus South, because of insurance reasons. KSETA Fellows should have it signed by their supervisor and send it to Raquel Lujan Miravet. All persons travelling with the organized bus do not have to fill in the back of the page after the workshop, because there will be no extra expenses to be reimbursed. Participants, who travel individually keep the form until after the journey, fill in the travel expenses and send it only then to Raquel Lujan Miravet together with necessary receipts. The "KSETA instituts budget" will not be charged.
