The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will provide Visa support for registered participants. To obtain an invitation for the Russian Entry Visa, please, fill the Visa invitation form (one per each applicant) and send it to LOC together with a copy of the travel passport. Please, mention in the subject of the letter if request is intended for a participant or for an accompanying person. In order to receive the invitation in time to obtain the Russian Entry Visa, the participant are kindly requested to submit the application(s) before March 1st, 2019.
