Travel expenses and travel forms:
All participants have to fill in the "application form for travel expenses" (Dienstreiseantrag) from KIT Campus South, because of insurance reasons. KSETA Fellows should have it signed by the supervisor and keep it until after the journey. KSETA PIs should have signed it by their superior.
Participants, who travel individually keep the form until after the journey, fill in the travel expenses and send it only then to Barbara Lepold together with necessary receipts.
All persons travelling with the organized bus do not have to fill in the back of the page after the workshop, because there will be no extra expenses to be reimbursed. The "KSETA-instituts budget" will not be charged.
