A number of rooms are reserved for GridKa School participants until august 1 by using the code : GridKa School 2017. Laptops In order to maximize your learning experience, we strongly recommend that you bring your own laptop to the school. It should be equipped with an ssh-client and wireless networking. If you are a student or member of an educational institute, most probably you can use the eduroam network, which will allow you to log into the KIT wireless network immediately. Some tutorials will use Virtual Box for pre-configured virtual machines. Visa requirements Participants from outside the EU probably require a visa to travel to Germany.
