Description

The main intent of this workshop is to provide a discussion platform for users and developers of GPU-accelerated code and its applications. Although GPU programming has a wide range of applications, we will put a strong focus on DAQ-based computing systems processing large amounts of data acquired at synchrotrons and other accelerator facilities. We also want to give users and developers of the UFO computing framework the possibility to get in touch, report on user and development experiences and discuss points to improve software as well as present and future collaborations.

The workshop is co-located with the annual meeting of the Helmholtz Programme "Matter and Technologies", Karlsruhe, March 8th – 10th, 2016
